At CrossPoint, we believe in fostering the development of our team, our people, and our company. Last week, CrossPoint Sydney hosted the latest in a series of engaging training programs for our Project Services team based in Manila. Across the organisation, we’ve found these in person training sessions strengthen our team skill sets, improve productivity, and increase team moral and employee motivation.
This latest training program focused on onboarding our new project managers, and collaboration between our Project Services team members, with the aim to understand each other’s work style, practice and culture. Hosted in our Sydney office, our Manila team had the opportunity to work with the Australian team face-to-face, undergo training in CrossPoint’s Project Management methodology, and gain a deeper understanding of the Project Services team workflow, so team members could support each other across projects.
Such training initiatives are important to CrossPoint because we value our staff, and our commitment to our teams’ growth and personal development. This investment in our team creates a more efficient, satisfied and engaged workforce. Our continuous cross-country training also greatly helps in providing consistent, efficient, and cost-effective Project Management Services to all our clients.
